The most important part of operating Stage 22 is the effective protection and wellbeing of the children. In order to manage and control this, Stage 22 has a vigorous Child Protection Policy. This can be viewed by

All Stage 22 staff whether based on site (at schools) or housed in our offices or in marketing/fundraising areas are CRB checked to an enhanced level. Stage 22 do not encourage the use/reliability of portable CRB disclosures and carry out their own prior to any member of staff having direct contact with children.

From time to time, all staff from across the country will meet for a child protection induction day whereby a representative from either the NSPCC or from the local authorities Child Protection department will give all staff a full briefing.
